- We will conduct a 20-30 minute phone call to go over your project ideas and expectations
2. Take measurements
- After having all the measurements from worksite area, we will be able to start putting all your ideas together
- We will provide you with a 2D map specifying where all components will be, inclduing framing, insulation, electrical, drywall, plumbing etc.
3. Approve budget
- Appoving our clients budget is essential, to help facilitate accurate project planning,
- A clients Budget enhances cummunication and collaboration, facilitating legal compliance
- In essense, a approved budget is the cornerstone for successful projects, guiding every aspect from planning to completion
- A Payment plan will be made to cleints accomodations
4. Start project
- When we are ready to begin with any project, we like to provide our clients with:
1. Kick off date: We will announce the commencement of your project, in case there is any client preparation required and to keep contractural clarity
2. Key Milestones: We will be reaching out to discuss major milestones and keep you informed throughout the process
3. Open Communication: Our tean is dedicated to clear and open communication. Expect regular updates and opportunities for feedback
5. Project Completion
- Oppun project completion we will provide our clients with the following:
1. Final inspection report: a document thaat highlights the final inspection of completed project making sure it has met all specifications and complies with regulation
2. As-built drawings: this drawing will reflect any changes made during the contrcution process, helping with future maintencance and renovations
3. Final Invoice and payment receipts: this provides a final invoice detailing the project cost and outstanding payments
4. Final Walkthrough: We will schedule a final walkthrough to ensure our client is satified with the completed project and adress any remaining questions or concerns
